By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Nexus Tech Digital Solutions provides web development, app development, branding, and IT support services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typically, we require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
Any changes to the agreed project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, assets, access credentials, and timely feedback. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines.
All projects include 30 days of free support after launch, covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. Additional support is available through our maintenance plans.
Nexus Tech Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
